Writer earnings on Medium after starting from 0 followers

I started writing on Medium about 6 months ago though my writing has been quite inconsistent. I have published around 6–7 technical blogs related to the work I have been doing or something unrelated which I thought was worth exploring. I have been getting some queries about how I have been performing and ranking on the medium platform.

To be honest, the response on medium is unexpectedly great. I have accumulated over 100k+ views on my articles so far, which is an amazing feat. I usually get DMs asking about how I get my articles ranked so that they get more traction? Have I started earning from the Medium Partner Program? What better way to explain about that than writing another blog post having my medium earning and views stats.
